Before inserting, with mouth closed, pinch nose and blow to clear your ears. For best results, insert eraplugs before take-off and remove after landing. Eraplugs may be removed ar maximum cruising altitude, but always insert one hour before landing. Reach over head and pull up and back on outer ear to straighten ear canal. With opposite hand, grasp earplug stem and insert by pressing forward in a cicular motion to form an airtight seal
