The Xlear Nasal Spray line contains Xylitol purified water salt and grapefruit seed extract as a preservative. Using Xylitol nasal spray allows them to have a hyper-osmotic solution which helps pull moisture toward it. This action keeps the nasal passages and sinuses moist and clean for a much longer time than saline alone. Xylitol is the ingredient that sets their nasal spray apart from all of the other nasal sprays on the market.

SUGGESTED USAGE
Clear the nasal passageway by gently blowing your nose prior to using Xlear. Remove the safety clip on the bottle. Prior to initial use prime the pump by holding it upright and pumping 1 or more times into a tissue until the solution is dispensed. Insert nozzle into nostril and depress pump completely while breathing in through your nose. Spray 1-2 times in each nostril. Use preventively as often as needed to cleanse nasal passages and sinuses. For best results use at least twice daily.
